The Buddhist College of Minnan held a seminar for all secular teachers at 3:00 p.m.  on March 24th, 2018. The Most Ven. Ze Wu (Rector of BCM), Ven. Fa Yuan (Vice-rector of BCM), Ven. Jing An (Director of Teaching Affairs), Ven. Zhao Yuan (Vice-director of Teaching Affairs), Ven. Ming Kun (Vice-director of Teaching Affairs), Ven. Xin Chan (Vice Director of the Office of Teaching Affairs), Ven. Chang Xing (Vice Director of the Research Office of Teaching Affairs) and all secular teachers joined the seminar. Ven. Jing An hosted the seminar.

The Most Ven. Ze Wu had cordial conversations with secular teachers in spite of his busy schedule; the Master sincerely appreciated the teachers’ hard work of many years for BCM and said: "There is a key point to break through in the development of BCM till today, and that is to keep up with the modern international trend. BCM is the first place that fosters the talented monks. We should focus on cultivating talented monks. We should be ready to cultivate the ability of promoting Buddhism and multi-dimensional talented monks. Each of the secular teachers should undertake heavy responsibilities. I hope that we can work hard together for the development of BCM and put forward suggestions and check in various aspects. In the end, I wish each of you good health, happy family, smooth work and growth of fortune and wisdom.

Then, each of the secular teachers spoke freely and suggested his or her views related to: the future development of BCM, the college teaching management, educational administration work and Saṃgha education. Indeed, everyone had provided innovative ideas and suggestions for creating a beautiful future for BCM.
